Remains of Missing Man Found Inside Crocodile in Australia

Australian police confirm human remains found inside a large crocodile are those of a missing 40-yr-old man. The victim, David Hogbin, fell into the Annan River on August 3 while on vacation with his family.

We were just enjoying a standard day of our holiday and everything changed within 30 seconds. He wasn’t doing anything wrong – in fact, he was doing everything right, and this still happened. He saved me – his last act was to not pull me in with him.

Wildlife officials euthanized the crocodile, found with markings from the attack. This is the third fatal crocodile attack in Australia in 2024.
