Potential Tropical Threat Emerges in Atlantic

The National Hurricane Center flags a new disturbance that may develop over the next week. Since Debby, two tropical waves have emerged, and this new system, originating from the same area as Hurricane Beryl, could intensify as it nears the Lesser Antilles.

"It is still unclear if it will develop into a tropical depression or storm."
