The National Hurricane Center is tracking a disturbance with a 90% chance of developing into a tropical cyclone in the next week.
Debby:
- Made landfall in Florida as a Cat 1 hurricane on Monday
- Made 2nd landfall in South Carolina on Thursday, causing flash flooding
Texas:
"It's too early to predict any impact to Texas from the tropical wave."
