Perrigo Company has issued a voluntary recall for its Premium Infant Formula with Iron Milk-Based Powder due to excessive vitamin D levels. The recall affects three lots within one batch, which were sold in Texas, Florida, California, and 8 other states, with use-by dates of Nov. 9 and 11, 2025. The FDA warns that "short-term consumption" of the affected batches "is unlikely to cause adverse health implications", but urges consumers to stop using the product with the following lot codes: T11LMXC & T09LMXC.

UPDATE: Perrigo has notified H-E-B and CVS stores to pull the product from shelves and warehouses. The affected product was shipped to stores in Texas on Feb 2nd and 6th respectively, and to CVS locations in the 11 other states.
