Barron Trump Leaving Florida for New York College

Barron Trump, the youngest son of former President Donald Trump, has chosen a New York college to attend in fall 2024, as confirmed in an Aug. 20 New York Post story.

“He’s all set in a certain school that’s very good,” Donald Trump told the New York Post in an exclusive interview. “He’s always been a very good student; he’s smart.”

Neither of his parents has announced which New York university Barron will attend, but Trump said the news would be released soon.

Barron, who stands at 6-foot-7 (or 6-foot-9 in some reports), maintains a low profile. He was the only Trump family member who did not appear at the Republican National Convention in Milwaukee in July. His half-niece, 17-year-old Kai Trump, announced her college choice as the University of Miami.

It's unclear whether Donald Trump or Melania Trump will attend Barron's college move-in events or if he will live off-campus. Barron will not attend the University of Pennsylvania or Georgetown University, which have ties to other Trump family members.

Most fall 2024 classes begin next week or after Labor Day weekend.
