Boom! Wolf Ranch Enters Final Frontier in Georgetown

Hold onto your hats, folks! Wolf Ranch, the sprawling 1,120-acre master-planned subdivision in Red-Hot Georgetown, is charging into its final stage. Yes, you heard it right!

With the land primed and ready, builders are revving up to start constructing homes in the third and final phase of this All-American community. Wolf Ranch's last stand, dubbed West Bend, will boast nearly 700 homes spread over more than 300 acres. That's a whole lotta freedom!

This grand finale adds to the existing sections—Hilltop with 671 lots and Southfork with 1,121 lots. Over 1,200 Patriotic souls already call Wolf Ranch home, and it’s just half a mile west of the Interstate 35-Texas 29 intersection. Convenience at its finest!

Move-in-ready homes in West Bend will be available next summer, with prices ranging from the mid-$400,000s to over $1 million. Talk about an investment in freedom!

Wolf Ranch is slated to be fully completed by 2028, totaling 2,465 homes. Imagine the block parties!

Development kicked off back in November 2015, and 1,250 homes have been built so far. Hillwood Communities, a part of the Texas real estate giant Hillwood owned by Ross Perot Jr., is the mastermind behind this development. Texans doing what they do best!

The projected value of Wolf Ranch at full buildout, including homes and commercial development, is expected to be around $1.9 billion. Cha-ching!

The Georgetown Regional Trail system will extend through West Bend along the San Gabriel River, offering plenty of green spaces, including a neighborhood park and a sports field. Time to get those Liberty-Lovin' muscles moving! Existing amenities include a gym, pickleball courts, and playgrounds.

Homebuilders in West Bend are Coventry Homes, David Weekly Homes, Drees Custom Homes, Highland Homes, Pulte Homes, and Tri Pointe Homes. Top-notch builders for top-notch Americans!

Wolf Ranch is strategically located near employment hubs and offers a plethora of dining, entertainment, and shopping options. The Home Builders Association of Greater Austin has even named Wolf Ranch the 2024’s best master-planned community. Ain’t that something!
