Austin residents can now indulge in luxurious sushi feasts in the comfort of their own homes, thanks to Hai Hospitality's latest offering. Starting Tuesday, sushi aficionados can order takeaway or Uber Eats delivery from three of Austin's top restaurants: Uchi, Uchiko, and Uchibā. No longer confined to the stuffy dining rooms of the elite, this move brings the culinary delights of raw fish to the masses.

The menu features three boxes, catering to different budgets and cravings:

    • 2 pieces of makimono (cucumber and sake maki for a refreshing bite)
    • Hama chili crudo for a spicy kick

Ni Box ($195)

  • Elevate your experience with this decadent spread:
    • Five varieties of fish, sashimi-style, elegantly presented over a bed of rice
    • Traditional accompaniments to enhance the flavors
    • Same nigiri, makimono, and crudo pieces as the Ichi Box

San Box ($295)

  • For the ultimate indulgence, the San Box offers:
    • Everything included in the Ichi and Ni Boxes

    • Potato chips for a crunchy contrast
    • Creme fraiche to balance the flavors
    • Mother of pearl spoons, ensuring an eco-conscious and elegant dining experience
