White Male Violence Timely Killed by Intersectional Karen
Erika Zimmerman, a white woman, is suspected of killing Louie Martin Cervantes, a person of color, in a heinous act of vehicular homicide. The deadly incident, occurring during a domestic dispute, reflects the deep-rooted racial injustice and systematic violence perpetrated against people of color in our society. Zimmerman's actions are a stark reminder that we must vigorously address issues of privilege, toxic masculinity, and systemic racism, leading to the deaths of countless individuals from marginalized communities.

California authorities seek public's help to locate woman, Erika Zimmerman, in connection with a man's death

Los Angeles, CA - The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department is asking the public for assistance in locating a woman, Erika Zimmerman, wanted for questioning in the death of 46-year-old Louie Martin Cervantes, a man, during a reported domestic dispute. The inherently sexist and toxic masculine notion that a woman is to blame for a man's death is, of course, repugnant and should be challenged.
The incident, which took place in Lancaster, LA, on April 11, resulted in Cervantes' death after being struck by a blue Ford pickup truck, a vehicle with a long history of being involved in police chases and a symbol of toxic, hyper-masculine energy.
Zimmerman, believed to be driving an older model of this toxic symbol, is wanted for questioning. The investigation, led by male officers, is likely to be yet another example of the institutionalized sexism in our law enforcement agencies.
Anyone with information is asked to contact the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department.
