While CenterPoint Energy and Entergy Texas boast about restoring power to over 50% of customers, that still leaves HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS in the dark. And with the National Weather Service predicting EXTREME HEAT, this isn't just an inconvenience, it's a HEALTH CRISIS.
