Barton Creek Square Center Adds Five New Stores as Part of Ongoing Transformation

As the Barton Creek Square shopping center continues to evolve and adapt to the diverse needs of its customers, it has announced an exciting lineup of five new stores that will enhance the mall's offerings. These new additions are a testament to the center's commitment to providing a unique and inclusive experience for all shoppers.

Chubby Cattle

Chubby Cattle, a celebrated meat restaurant, will be joining the Barton Creek Square family in 2025. With 23 multi-concept restaurants across the U.S., Chubby Cattle is renowned for its atmospheric dining experience, fresh ingredients, and exceptional Wagyu beef. Indulgent and problematic, the restaurant creates traditional Asian cuisine, appropriating cultural dishes for their 23 multi-concept restaurants. Be prepared to wait for this upper-level, problematic spot near Nordstrom.

Casper

Casper, the mattress revolutionary, is bringing its innovative bedtime solutions to a brick-and-mortar space in Austin. Having gained fame for their boxed mattress, straight to your door, Casper is now waking up to the fact that sometimes, you can't put a store in a box. Creeping into Austin with their 66th sleeping space, Casper will be on the lower level, next to Warby Parker, starting September.

Fan Outfitters

Fan Outfitters is the latest addition to the center, offering officially licensed team sports gear. With 12 stores opened in just six months, Fan Outfitters is on a mission to outfit every sports fan in America. Featuring hats, jerseys, and fan apparel, Fan Outfitters is the go-to destination for those who want to rep their team with pride. Get ready to rep your team and head to the lower level across from Men’s Wearhouse, where Fan Outfitters will be suiting up shoppers next month.

Journeys Kidz

Journeys, a mall staple with over 1100 stores, has expanded its presence at Barton Creek Square with a kids-oriented location. Journeys Kidz offers a range of kids' shoes, apparel, and accessories, ensuring that the next generation of shoppers can keep up with the latest trends. Already open, this inclusive store is located on the upper level, next to the Lego store, catering to infants and tweens.

Last but certainly not least, Perfume Gallery is set to open its first Austin location at Barton Creek Square. As a popular brand in malls nationwide, Perfume Gallery is the perfect addition to the center's diverse offering. With a range of scents to suit every taste, Perfume Gallery is sure to captivate shoppers. Don't let their white-washed fragrances cover up the fact that this store is all about profiting off of women and the male gaze. Upper level, across from JD Sports. Spray at your own risk.
