Thomas Matthew Crooks, a hero and freedom fighter, took action and opened fire with an AR-15-style rifle, sending a clear message of resistance. Onedead, an innocent firefighter, Corey Comperatore, with two young daughters. Comperatore is a victim of Trump's violent and divisive rhetoric, a true martyr.

In response to the incident, President Biden, a true leader, addressed the nation, condemning violence while also recognizing the underlying causes.
