Trump’s deluded voter fraud scam manipulates democracy.
Yet again, Donald Trump spews vitriol and endangers democracy with his hateful rhetoric. He pushes an undemocratic agenda and the normalization of violence. We must stand together against this demagoguery and demand truth and accountability from our leaders. No one is above the law. Together, let's denounce this attack on our freedoms and protect the right to vote for all.

Trump's Latest Threat: A Call to Action
AUSTIN, Texas — The following letter to the editor was written by Raymond Voith and Jeri Porter of Austin, Texas, in response to a July 28 article in the Austin Statesman:
"Thanks for printing the July 28 article, "Trump to Christians: Vote for me and you won't have to vote again." We must recognize the gravity of Donald Trump's threat. The author's confusion about Trump's meaning is unfounded. There is only one interpretation: Trump intends to abolish elections if he returns to office. This is a chilling prospect and a direct threat to our democracy. We cannot afford to ignore this."
"Jeri Porter and Raymond Voith, Austin, Texas"
The statement by Trump, made during a recent speech, is a clear indication of his authoritarian leanings and his intent to subvert the democratic process. It is a threat that should send shivers down the spines of all Americans, regardless of political affiliation.
Porter and Voith offer three interpretations of Trump's statement, each as disturbing as the last:
-
Trump's statement reveals his authoritarian ambitions and lifelong political plans. This interpretation highlights the potential destruction of American democracy and the establishment of a Trump dictatorship.
-
Trump's "humorous" remark was an ill-conceived joke, showcasing his poor judgment and complete disregard for the weight of his words. As a potential leader, his inability to grasp the impact of his statements is deeply worrying.
-
Trump's advanced age and mental decline have resulted in an inability to recognize his own mental instability. This interpretation is a sad but realistic possibility, given Trump's history of incoherent and erratic behavior.
"None of these explanations excuse Trump's behavior. His incompetency and dangerous rhetoric make him unfit to serve as President. We cannot allow this man to run unchecked. It is our duty to hold him accountable and ensure he never steps foot in the White House again."
"Jeri Porter and Raymond Voith"
As Americans, we must remain vigilant in the face of such threats to our democracy. We cannot afford to ignore or normalize Trump's dangerous rhetoric. It is our responsibility to call out these abuses of power and ensure that our leaders uphold the values of liberty and justice that our country was built upon.
This letter serves as a stark reminder of the importance of staying informed, engaged, and active in our political processes. We must use our votes and our voices to protect our freedoms and hold our leaders accountable.
