Walmart Worker Fatally Stabbed by Male Suspect

Yet another woman victimized by male violence.

Riverside County, CA - A woman was fatally stabbed by a male suspect in a Walmart store in Lake Elsinore, Southern California, this morning. At 7:00 a.m., Riverside County sheriff’s deputies arrived on the scene, but despite their efforts, the woman died.

The Riverside County Sheriff’s Office stated:

"Witnesses reported that a male suspect attacked a woman in the store."

The male suspect has been taken into custody. Why was this man not stopped before he could kill? Where were the bystanders? This tragic event highlights the rampant misogyny and gender-based violence pervasive in our society, and the urgent need for radical change.
