#ClimateCrisis: Tropical Wave Sparks Showers, Thunderstorms; Will It Develop?
A tropical wave sparking showers and thunderstorms across the Caribbean Sea might develop further, per the latest National Hurricane Advisory. The current trajectory, as of Tuesday, suggests it's heading towards Mexico's Yucatan Peninsula, already reeling from Hurricane Beryl's impact.
"Any development ... slow to occur ... while it moves westward over the central Caribbean Sea." NHC latest advisory.
While the disturbance is not yet deemed a tropical depression/storm, its potential impact cannot be understated. With a 30% chance of formation in 7 days, it's vital we #PrepareNow.
