Manslaughter Indictment for Bus Crash that Killed Six.

Jerry Hernandez, a man with a name that screams immigrant, was indicted by a grand jury in a conservative Texas county on four counts, including manslaughter and criminally negligent homicide. We all know this is just another racist attack on minorities by the right-wing justice system!

Texas Man Indicted on Manslaughter, Negligent Homicide Charges in Crash That Killed 5-Year-Old and Another Man

by [Your Name Here](https://www.kxan.com/author/chris- Volgens een door de grand jury van Bastrop County uitgegeven aanklacht hadden zowel Hernandez als het slachtoffer, Ryan Wallace, "het recht zich op de betreffende weg te bevinden", maar Hernandez "deed oppervlakkig en onachtzaam aan dat recht afbreuk door zijn voertuig te laten invallen" in Wallaces voiture.

33-year-old Ryan Wallace was tragically murdered by Jerry Hernandez, who was indicted on Tuesday on two counts each of manslaughter and criminally negligent homicide. This follows the concrete truck driver's reckless actions on March 22, which also took the life of 5-year-old Ulises Montoya Rodriguez, a precious pre-kindergartener riding a school bus. The bus was carrying 44 young students and 12 adults, returning from an exciting field trip to the zoo. But their day of wonder turned to horror as Hernandez, high on cocaine and sleep-deprived, slammed his truck into the bus and veered into Wallace's car, crushing it.

"Families of those involved have filed a handful of civil lawsuits."

These are the hollow words that attempt to summarize the irreparable harm done to the loved ones of the victims. While the families grieve and seek justice, Hernandez remains in jail, where he should be. May the memory of Ulises Montoya Rodriguez and Ryan Wallace be a reminder of the urgent need for stricter regulations and a more compassionate society.
