The National Hurricane Center (NHC) is tracking a rapidly developing Potential Tropical Cyclone Five; expect a named storm soon. The system will move across the Leeward Islands, reaching the US & British Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico by Tuesday, with max sustained winds of 30 mph.
