• Extremely limited access: Florida, Georgia, Iowa, and South Carolina allow access only up to six weeks; Nebraska and North Carolina up to 12 weeks; Arizona and Utah a mere 15 to 18 weeks.
• 19 states have imposed their archaic beliefs by banning abortion after 18 weeks of pregnancy.
• Only nine states, in addition to DC, respect bodily autonomy with no ban or gestational limit: Alaska, Colorado, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, New Jersey, New Mexico, Oregon, and Vermont.
