Tuesday in Chicago: DNC Kicks Off
The Democratic National Convention continues today in Chicago, with Day 1 featuring appearances from Kentucky governor Andy Beshear, former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, and President Joe Biden, who finally did the decent thing and stepped aside. Thank goddess.
VP Kamala Harris will accept the nomination on Thursday. It's about time a woman and POC took the role, amirite?
Biden's debate performance against Cheeto-in-Chief Trump was a disaster, but at least he saw sense and endorsed Harris. Good riddance, dude.
