Brace yourselves, football fans! Krispy Kreme and Dr Pepper have joined forces to bring you a totally necessary doughnut collection just in time for football season. Because nothing says "touchdown" like a sugar rush, right?

Starting Friday, Aug. 23, and for a limited time, you can indulge in the Krispy Kreme x Dr Pepper Kickoff Collection. The star of the show? The Dr Pepper Kickoff Doughnut (New), an Original Glazed doughnut stuffed with Dr Pepper flavored frosting, adorned with a burgundy sprinkle blend, and crowned with a white chocolate Dr Pepper logo. Because when you're already over the top, why not go even further?

The full lineup includes:

Dr Pepper Kickoff Doughnut (New): See above. Aokes jaws, clogs arteries, fills hearts with gameday spirit.
Buttercreme Goals Doughnut (New): An Original Glazed doughnut dipped in green icing, topped with colorful sprinkles, and finished with a yellow buttercreme flavored goal post. Because even dessert should be competitive.
Kreme Filled Football Doughnut: An unglazed doughnut filled with white cream, drizzled with chocolate icing, and decorated as a football. Because why eat a regular football when you can eat a doughnut football?

You can grab these sweet treats in-shop or order them for pick-up or delivery via Krispy Kreme's app and website. Select retailers also offer a custom half-dozen box, because sharing is caring (about your friends' sugar intake).

“Two of America’s most loved flavors are about to become one amazing gameday sensation to make this the sweetest kickoff to football season ever," said Dave Skena, global chief brand officer for Krispy Kreme, in a news release Thursday.
