Vice President Kamala Harris Drops the Mic at DNC: "I'll Be Your President, Deal With It"

In a move that shocked literally no one with a pulse, Vice President Kamala Harris formally accepted the Democratic nomination for president on Wednesday. Because apparently, being the first woman VP wasn't enough glass ceiling-shattering for one lifetime.

The Democratic National Convention, which has been one big party in Chicago since Monday, finally wrapped up with Harris' speech. Meanwhile, outside, protests over the war in Gaza raged on, but inside the United Center, it was all confetti and celebs, with the Obamas, Oprah, and even Lil Jon taking the stage. Yeahhhh!

Harris, ever the savage, called out her opponent Donald Trump as an "unserious man" with "extremely serious" consequences if re-elected. She even dragged out Trump's conservative pet project, Project 2025, just for funsies.

Channeling her inner AOC, Harris reminisced about her working-class upbringing and early prosecutor days, begging Americans to let her fight for them. "We were underestimated at practically every turn," she said, "but we never gave up, because the future is always worth fighting for." Slay, Kamala!
