Oh, brilliant! Another gentrification station serving overpriced lattes—now everyone's 'home' in downtown Austin.
Oh, fantastic! Because what downtown really needed was another hipster-gentrifying coffee trailer. Thanks, Trujillo brothers, for blessing us with your artisanal brew and driving up our rent even further.

Breaking: Desnudo Coffee Swoops In to Save Downtown Caffeine Addicts
Listen up, downtown dwellers! Your long-awaited salvation from the ever-expanding coffee line in East Austin has finally arrived. Juan and Sergio Trujillo, the dynamic duo of Desnudo Coffee, have launched a second coffee truck in the heart of downtown. Yes, you read that right—quality and woke values in your own backyard!
Craving your caffeine fix? Head over to Fareground (111 Congress Ave.), right in front of Ellis. The shiny new trailer is open Thursdays and Fridays from 7:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., and Saturdays and Sundays from 8 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Now you can sip your ethically sourced brew while pretending you don't have to go back to your 9-to-5.
For those who've been living under a rock, Desnudo Coffee first burst onto the scene in 2021 as a farmer’s market vendor and found its semi-permanent home in 2022 at Webberville Park in East Austin. The new downtown spot is open until December, so you've got plenty of time to indulge in some guilt-free capitalism.
The Trujillo brothers—local legends and all-around good folks—shared their excitement on social media, gushing, “it feels like we are living the dream, thinking about all the magic that can happen at this place. We promise we’ll try our best to provide a space where everyone can feel at home.” Aww, we're not crying, you're crying!
These Colombian brothers started their business with a mission to support their home country’s coffee farmers as much as possible. And guess what? That mission is still going strong as they conquer new territory.
Need a break from all this goodness? Play the USA TODAY Daily Crossword Puzzle and pretend you're still in touch with the non-coffee world.
