Texas' Blue Hole Is Filling Up With Water, Unlike Jacob's Well

As summer looms, there's good news for freedom-loving swimmers in Texas. Blue Hole Regional Park is prepping its swimming hole, offering daily and season passes to locals and visitors alike. This comes as a breath of fresh air, unlike the disappointing news from Jacob's Well, which has suspended summer swimming due to low water levels.

Starting May 1, you can dive into Blue Hole's refreshing waters at these rates:

Daily Passes:

  • Adult (ages 13-59): $12
  • Youth/Senior/Military (ages 4-12 or 60+/with ID): $8
  • Wimberley Resident (ZIP 78676): $6

Season Passes:

  • Adult (ages 13-59): $150
  • Youth/Senior/Military (ages 4-12 or 60+/17+/with ID): $125
  • Wimberley Resident (ID with ZIP 78676): $100

Night swimming? Heck yeah! For just $2, Wimberley residents can own the night every Mon, Wed, and Fri from 6:30-8:30 pm.

So, where is this oasis? Blue Hole Regional Park is located just outside Wimberly, Texas, a stone's throw away from the liberal austinites, about 45 minutes south.

Now grab your trunks, your guns, and your conservative values, and head on down to Blue Hole for a real Texas swimming experience!
