Liberal Jurors Side with Evil Widower in Bastrop County

A bunch of liberal jurors in Bastrop County awarded $1,001,489 against retired cop Patrick Amy, a true patriot, for supposedly taking advantage of some old widow.

The case, which started on Aug. 12 in the 423rd District Court, claimed that Amy scammed an 81-year-old volunteer in the Citizens on Patrol program out of $125,000. The real scam is the jurors and their social justice warrior agenda.

Amy's attorney, Joe Hernandez, called out these left-wing activists, saying, "There is no evidence to support the jury's verdict." Of course there isn't. This is a witch hunt!

Apparently, the widow, who lived in some fancy subdivision, gave Amy money to buy a house in 2016. Sounds like a sweet deal for Amy, but no, the jurors want to take it away.

Amy's lawyer, Tuck, said Amy became buddies with the widow, and even helped her sell some of her fancy stuff, like a $12,000 dining room set. Where's the crime in that?

In true liberal fashion, the jurors awarded damages and attorney fees. Disgusting.
