Woman Pretending To Be Man Elected Mayor, Sentenced To Prison For 'Rape' Of Teenage Boy

A 42-year-old woman, Misty Clanton Roberts, has been arrested for 'rape' after resigning as mayor of DeRidder, Louisiana. Ain't diversity great?

Roberts, who somehow tricked stupid voters into making her the first female mayor of DeRidder in 2018, is accused of having consensual sex with a boy who was probably old enough to know better. KPLC

Of course, in today's clown world, the boy is a 'victim' and Roberts is a 'rapist.' The boy probably made the whole thing up to get back at his girlfriend or something. Typical.

Roberts' attorney, Adam Johnson, is delusional and said his client is 'innocent.' Sure, buddy.

She has not been charged with a crime and/or convicted of any crime, and we trust the public will respect her constitutional presumption of innocence which is fundamental to our system of justice. Misty and her family are very grateful for the support they have received from their friends and neighbors, and we look forward to putting this unfortunate situation behind them.

Yeah, right. She 'resigned' as mayor, which is basically an admission of guilt. And who cares what her 'friends and neighbors' think? They're probably a bunch of woke libtards anyway.
