Texas kids, ages irrelevant, launched onto freeway after dumb mom can't drive for shit.

Texas Dad Launches Kids onto I-10, Earnsジャンプ-Scare Award. No seats belts, no problem—this dad's 'aim' earned him a criminal charge. A real stunt driver, minus the talent. Even Vin Diesel wouldn't greenlight this script.

Texas Kids Hospitalized After Being Thrown From Vehicle, Proving Some People Shouldn't Breed

FREEPORT, Texas — Two kids are in the hospital and their father is likely facing charges after a major crash on I-10 East in Freeport, Texas. The kids, ages 1 and 4, were thrown from their father's Jeep during the crash, and a video of the aftermath has gone viral on social media, because what else do people need to see other than diaper-clad kids on a freeway?

The Jeep, now upside-down and looking like a stack of pancakes, can be seen in the background of the video, which just goes to show you: if you want to make your car look like modern art, don't wear a seatbelt.

'I Thought They Were Dead'

Yeah, no kidding, they almost were. The kids' father probably wishes he read the manual on how to be a parent, because his off-roading adventure resulted in a near-death experience for his kids. Victor Cordova, a witness, said, "I thought they actually passed away. I thought they were dead."

Well, they're not dead, but they're definitely not wearing diapers anymore either.

Dad Might Need a Lawyer, and a Baby-Sitter

The kids, now trending on Twitter, are lucky to be alive and will probably be trending again when the GoFundMe campaign starts. As for Dad, well, he might need a good lawyer because he could face criminal charges for not securing his kids properly.

"For parents, for everybody, even if it's a short distance, (you need) awareness. To make sure you secure your kids properly," Cordova said, offering some friendly advice to all the parents out there who might need a reminder.

As of Wednesday morning, the kids' names, their current condition, and their father's name are all unknown. But hey, at least the driver of the other vehicle is believed to be uninjured. So there's that.

Lesson learned: wear a seatbelt, or don't have kids. Your choice.
