Dems' Circus Rolls Into Chicago for Four-Day Clown Convention

The Democratic National Convention, a.k.a. the four-day circus, kicks off in Chicago today, bringing with it all the excitement of watching paint dry. Fresh off their thrilling RNC, where Trump picked the weirdo JD Vance as his sidekick, the Dems are poised to give us a real snoozefest.

Kamala and Tim "I-Wish-I-Was-Kamala's-Sidekick" Walz were already crowned via an early online vote, taking the fun out of this whole charade. But don't worry, these losers will speak at the convention, which mercifully concludes on Thursday.

Tune In and Instantly Regret It: 2024 DNC Day 1

Catch all the non-action from day 1 of the DNC on your screen at 6:00 p.m. local time, if you hate yourself:

How to Subject Yourself to This Torture: Streaming the 2024 DNC

Masochists can tune in via livestream on various online platforms, because why should you be spared the misery?

Each TV network will put its own spin on this train wreck:

  • C-SPAN: These gluttons for punishment will air the entire convention, uninterrupted, all four days. Susan Swain and Greta Brawner will add to the pain with pre-and post-convention coverage, featuring viewer calls (because who wouldn't want to hear random people yell at each other?), interviews, and social media reactions. They'll also bring you the hottest takes from Chicago, including man-on-the-street interviews (prepare for some real winners), state delegation events, and coverage of the protest zone, because nothing says entertainment like angry people screaming at each other!
  • NewsNation**: Chris Cuomo, Elizabeth Vargas, and Leland Vittert will subject themselves to primetime coverage from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m. CT. Their website and app will also carry the torture, with key speeches, livestreams, and floor coverage. Sign up for alerts if you want to be constantly reminded of your poor life choices.
  • TheĀ Hill.com: Nexstar Networks' team of reporters will be on the ground, bringing you all the excitement. Their campaign editor, Brandon Conradis, will ensure you get all the boring campaign details, while White House reporter Alex Gangitano and columnist Niall Stanage give you the inside scoop on Biden's nap schedule. Congressional reporters Alex Bolton and Mike Lillis will be there to tell you which congresspeople are actually hiding from their constituents, and national political reporter Julia Manchester will attempt to make this whole thing seem relevant. Amie Parnes, national political correspondent, will try to spin this mess into a win, and campaign reporter Caroline Vakil will hopefully spill the tea on behind-the-scenes drama.
  • FOX News Network: These brave souls will air an hour-long special each night, with Baier and MacCallum providing a front-row seat to the train wreck. FOX Nation will host UnConventional at 10 PM CT, because one hour of this nonsense isn't enough. FOX News Digital will also provide a live blog, because we all need a place to vent our frustration. Catch all the major events on their website throughout the week, if you really hate yourself.
