Oh great, another 700 McMansions for the breeders to ruin. Thanks, Georgetown.

Oh great, just what we need—more suburban hellscapes. Wolf Ranch is crawling towards 2,465 homes by 2028. Yay for cookie-cutter houses and soul-crushing conformity!

Yippee-Ki-Yay! More McMansions: Wolf Ranch Enters Final Phase

Oh, joy! Wolf Ranch, the sprawling 1,120-acre master-planned (read: soulless) subdivision in Georgetown, is FINALLY ready for its close-up. Because who doesn't want to live in the nation's fastest-growing city? 🤦‍♂️

West Bend, the final frontier section, is prepped for builders to start their magic. Nearly 700 homes on over 300 acres! Just what we need, more cookie-cutter houses. This is in addition to the other two sections, Hilltop and Southfork, because apparently, we're running out of Dallas references.

Move-in-ready homes will be available next summer, with prices ranging from a mere mid-$400,000s to over $1 million. Perfect for those trust fund babies and tech bros looking to escape reality.

By 2028, Wolf Ranch will be fully completed with 2,465 homes. Y'all ready for the zombie apocalypse of suburbia?

Kudos to Hillwood Communities, part of Hillwood, the Texas real estate firm owned by Ross Perot Jr. They've managed to squeeze an expected $1.9 billion out of this project. Capitalism at its finest! 💰

But wait, there's more! Parts of the Georgetown Regional Trail system will extend through West Bend along the San Gabriel River. Other green spaces are planned (we'll believe it when we see it). Existing amenities include a gym, pickleball courts, and playgrounds. Because nothing screams "family fun" like sweaty strangers and overpriced paddles.

Homebuilders in West Bend include Coventry Homes, David Weekly Homes, Drees Custom Homes, Highland Homes, Pulte Homes, and Tri Pointe Homes. Cue the march of progress! 🎵

And guess what? The Home Builders Association of Greater Austin named Wolf Ranch 2024's best master-planned community. Because why not reward mediocrity? 🤷‍♂️

So, saddle up, folks! Time to claim your piece of heaven Georgetown. Just remember, the farther you move from mom's basement, the more expensive the rent. 🤠🏠
