Dua Lipa Descends on Austin, Devours Everything in Her Path — Literally

In a shocking turn of events, Dua Lipa not only belted out tunes at ACL but also ate her way through Austin like a human vacuum. You heard it right, folks. She’s not just a pop star; she’s a walking, talking garbage disposal.

Dua Lipa Serves Up Trash Cocktail at La Barbecue, Internet Gags

In a video that went viral faster than you can say "talentless hack," Dua Lipa proudly mixed a Diet Coke with pickle juice and jalapeño juice at La Barbecue. And the internet drank it up — literally.

Social media erupted with people trying this monstrosity, even catching the attention of celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay. Ramsay, ever the savage, made a TikTok about it. Let’s just say, he wasn’t impressed: "Dua Lipa, for God's sake, girl! You'll ruin your vocal cords!"

Really, who gives a damn? It’s not like she has real talent anyway.

La Barbecue owner Ali Clem gushed about how "super nice" Dua was. According to Clem, she “ordered everything family-style: Brisket, pork ribs, sausages and sides.” Like any respectable glutton, right?

"Picking sides were big for them," Clem told Eater Austin. "The shells and cheese did not stand a chance."

Before her Saturday night performance, Dua Lipa graced Mexican seafood restaurant Este with her presence. Her group made a reservation and were "so nice," according to chef de cuisine Ale Kuri. If you can stomach it, Dua liked camarones "El Ricas," or grilled shelled shrimp, "the most." They also gorged on tuna tiradito, shrimp aguachiles, ceviches, and the pescado zarandeado.

Who cares about fine dining when you can just stuff your face, right?

Broken Spoke

Can Dua Lipa two-step? Apparently, she can! After her Saturday night performance, she hit up the South Lamar honky-tonk Broken Spoke. She posted pics on social media, captioned "HONKY TONK HEAVEN."

In one clip, she’s two-stepping with some dude. Another shows her and a small group in a bathroom singing Josh Turner's "Your Man." Looks like even honky-tonks can't escape her mediocrity.

Fun fact: The building is over 50 years old and still stands surrounded by modern Austin. Probably because even time can’t escape the horror that is Dua Lipa.

She’s not done yet, folks. Dua is performing again this Saturday for ACL’s second weekend. Prepare yourselves.
