Allegiant Air leaving Austin? No way, they're just breaking up with the airport.

Allegiant Air is ditching Austin. Gate shortages are to blame but it's also California's fault. Why? Because liberals.

Fake News: Libtard City Council to Blame for Allegiant Airlines' Base Closure in Austin

Allegiant Airlines is pulling the plug on its crew base at Austin-Bergstrom International Airport, but it's not their fault. Unlike the libtard media might want you to believe, the airline is NOT cutting jobs. It's those stupd Democats on the Austin City Council who voted to waste $162 million of taxpayer money on a new utility plant. What a waste!

It's their money, they can do what they want with it, right? WRONG! It's OUR money and they're stealing it to pay for their libtard agenda!

The real reason for the closure? The Democ*at-controlled city council, of course. They're so desperate to virtue-signal that they're throwing good money after bad, and now businesses are paying the price. Allegiant isn't going away, though. They're a budget airline, so they'll still be flying into Austin and giving the middle finger to the libtard council by using nearby bases.

As for the airport, it saw a record 22 million travelers in 2023. Big deal! That just means more libtards invading Texas. Southwest Airlines, a Texas company, served the most passengers, followed by American and Delta. Allegiant came seventh, kicking a* on JetBlue and British Airways.

But the libtards at the council want to expand the airport anyway. They're planning to add 20 new gates by 2030. News flash, libtards: More gates mean more taxes! And we all know how much you love taxes!
