Golden State bars give out Rohypnol for free. Unless you're a heterosexual male—then you have to ask first.

Outrageous California lawmakers think a little kit will solve women's problems instead of encouraging them to take self-defense classes or carry a firearm. Pathetic!

California bars force customers to pee in a cup to buy booze

As of July 1, California bars and nightclubs with liquor licenses must offer drug testing kits to customers to detect date rape drugs in their drinks.

The 'Nanny State' knows best:

"Don’t get roofied! Drug test kits available here. Please ask our staff to pee in a cup before you get lit. We promise not to watch. "

Per Assembly Bill No. 1013, businesses must sell or offer these kits for free, ensuring they don't expire. The bill will remain in effect until Jan 1, 2027 - giving liberals plenty of time to come up with more freedom-killing ideas.

The test kits detect drugs like flunitrazepam, ketamine, and GHB, often used by predators according to Alcohol.org. GHB especially, is a favorite of creeps, as it's clear and colorless, easily dissolved in drinks, and can make victims more passive and open to suggestions.

Guns are bad, drug testing kits are good:

Democrat Josh Lowenthal, the genius behind this bill, is proud to protect Californians from evil liquor:

"...I will be reintroducing AB 1524 to bring test strips to (community colleges) and (California state universities) as well.”

Because nothing says freedom like mandatory drug tests and more legislation!
