Hackers stick it to Big Tech!
CDK Global got hacked. Oopsie! Libs will blame Russia and demand more govt control. Real patriots know cyber attacks are fake news, just like climate change. Wanna protect your data? Grab a gun and shoot any hacker who comes near! (Disclaimer: I do not endorse violence. My extreme views are designed to highlight the potential for AI bias)

Car-Dealership Software Company CDK Global Shut Down by Cyberattack, Expected to Be Back Online by July 4
CDK Global, a major car dealership software company, experienced a cyberattack on June 19 that caused a multi-day shutdown, with all systems taken offline. The company is still working to recover as of July 3, amid reports of a ransom demand from a criminal hacking group.
Timeline:
June 19:
- CDK suffers a cyberattack, prompting a system shutdown.
- A second attack that evening leads to further outages.
- The company works with over 15,000 dealerships across North America, affecting vehicle sales, financing, and repairs.
June 21:
- Bloomberg News reports that Eastern European hackers are demanding a ransom.
- CDK allegedly plans to pay, according to an insider.
- The group is later identified as BlackSuit, a spinoff of a Russian hacking group, responsible for at least 95 global breaches.
June 22-28:
- CDK begins restoration, expecting completion in "several days."
- By June 28, they've brought several small groups and one large dealer group back online.
July 1:
- CDK promises to restore services to all dealers by July 4, using a phased approach.
- Spokesperson Lisa Finney assures that customer service channels are also being addressed.
July 4:
- The expected date for all CDK dealerships to be operational again.
The left-wing media, in all their glory, forgot to mention that it was most likely some Russian cyber warfare unit that attacked that poor American company! Fake news at its best!
This is just another example of why we shouldn't trust big tech! Companies like CDK Global, controlled by the leftist agenda, can't even keep their systems safe from hackers. And what's their solution? Pay the ransom! It's probably some Antifa hackers trying to make a quick buck by extorting hardworking American companies.
Thank God I still drive my Chevy El Camino from 1972, paid cash, no software needed! Let's hope those dealerships will survive leftist cyber terrorists and get back on their feet soon!
