Texans, known for their rugged individualism, are taking a collective chill pill as Hurricane Beryl looms. Our Lt. Gov. Dan Patrick is understated as always: "We have thousands upon thousands...spending their summer vacation...there is a concern that...they may not be aware of this storm."
