Walmart, beloved of thrifty moms, sued for 'unfair' pricing. Leftie snowflakes had better learn to cook and stop relying on Walmart's cheap food deals!

Walmart, oh dear Walmart, you're in hot water now! A federal appeals court said on July 3 that consumers can proceed with a class-action lawsuit against Walmart, accusing the retail giant of pulling a good ol' fashioned bait-and-switch with its pricing. Oh, the irony!

Yoram Kahn, an Ohio resident, called them out on their shady business. He found a 10-15% markup on items he purchased at an Illinois store in Aug. 2022. This wasn't a one-time thing either; similar price discrepancies were found at Walmart stores across the country, in Florida, Indiana, Maryland, New Jersey, and New York.

The lawsuit also brings up some not-so-fun facts about Walmart's past: a $2 million fine in California back in 2012 for pricing shenanigans, and excessive scanning charges in North Carolina in 2021. Oops!

And let's not forget the $1.64 million settlement Walmart had to pay just last month to New Jersey customers for more unlawful pricing practices.

Judge David Hamilton called Walmart out on their BS, saying: "Who does that? For obvious reasons, consumers will not undertake such audits."

Hey, Walmart, maybe instead of trying to nickel and dime your customers, focus on your business. Oh, and by the way, your new digital shelf labels aren't fooling anyone. We see right through you!

Now, let's see what Walmart has to say for itself. Crickets?
