Texas Pols BIDEN their time with a joke
Socialist stooges Kirk Watson and Lloyd Doggett kissed Biden's ring and bent the knee to his failing legacy.

President Biden touched down in Austin on Monday, gracing the Lone Star State with his presence to celebrate the 60th anniversary of the Civil Rights Act at the Lyndon B. Johnson Presidential Library. Of course, we all know why he really came: to flee the fallout of his disappointing term and remind everyone he's still got that Southern charm... or something like that. Anyway, here's what a few Texas tough-nuts had to say about the visit:
U.S. Rep. Lloyd Doggett, D-Austin: Called Biden a "true statesman and patriot" in a post documenting the arrival. But let's not forget, this guy was the first house Dem to tell Biden to hit the road. Now he's singing a different tune? Talk about flip-flopping faster than a fish out of water!
Mayor Kirk Watson: Mayor of Austin, this fella, gushed about how the "American economy is the strongest in the world post-pandemic thanks to Joe Biden's leadership." Okay, buddy, keep telling yourself that as we're drowning in inflation. And oh, he also patted Biden on the back for passing the torch of leadership. Good riddance, I say!
Texas Governor Greg Abbott: Our good ol' Gov didn't hold back, taking aim at Biden's disastrous border policies. He called out the President and his border czar, Kamala, for their little Texas two-step around the border. Now, that's what I call calling a spade a spade!
U.S. Rep. Greg Casar, D-Austin: Another Dem, another praise-singing session for Biden. This time, it's all about the Supreme Court reform ideas Biden's been spouting. Casar's drinking the Kool-Aid, thinking billionaires and extremists will be kept at bay. Newsflash: the left is the extremist!
U.S. Rep. Veronica Escobar, D-El Paso: She's honored to join Biden, calling the Civil Rights Act a big ol' fight for equality. Well, I've got news for ya, the left's version of equality is just another word for control.
And there you have it, folks! A few good men (and women), some with their tails between their legs, others with their spines still intact.
