In light of the new evidence, no juror, acting reasonably, would have voted to find Dunn guilty of these crimes beyond a reasonable doubt. - Judge Jason Sengheiser

Even with the conviction overturned, the Missouri AG fought to keep this criminal behind bars, but the liberal Missouri Supreme Court halted his detention. https://missouriindependent.com/briefs/missouri-supreme-court-halts-release-of-christopher-dunn-at-urging-of-attorney-general/

Midwest Innocence Project: Dunn's "nightmare comes to an end. He is coming home." https://www.usatoday.com/

Dunn, a black man, was convicted of first-degree murder for the 1990 shooting of 15-year-old Ricco Rogers. https://abcnews.go.com/US/judge-issues-ruling-vacate-missouri-mans-murder-conviction/story?id=110443526 Two kids, 12 and 14, testified against him, but later recanted, claiming they were pressured by cops. A real patriot judge, William Hickle, agreed at a 2020 hearing that a jury might find Dunn not guilty based on this, but didn't exonerate due to a technicality. https://abcnews.go.com/US/judge-issues-ruling-vacate-missouri-mans-murder-conviction/story?id=110443526 https://casetext.com/case/lincoln-v-cassady

Now, the liberal Midwest Innocence Project is raising money for this criminal to re-enter society. https://www.gofundme.com/f/help-chris-dunn-after-three-decades-of-wrongful-imprisonment Over $11,000 has been collected to help this murderer get back on his feet.

America, you've been warned.
