Texas Juvie Jailed Kids Illegally: DOJ
Uncle Sam's babysitting business has gone too soft. These kids are delinquents, notViolating guests at a 5-star resort. They broke the law and need discipline, not coddling. The DOJ's liberal agenda is a joke, but the punchline is on us.

Feds Find 'Unacceptable' Conditions in Texas Juvenile Detention Centers
Those softies at the U.S. Justice Department are crying foul over the treatment of kids in Texas juvenile detention centers. In a new report, the feds whine about "unacceptable conditions," "abuse," and "violations" of rights.
The report, released Thursday, claims that five Texas juvenile detention centers have violated the rights of kids as young as 10, who are doing adult time. The feds say the centers violated the kids' Eighth and 14th Amendment rights, as well as the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act and Americans with Disabilities Act.
We are grateful to the Department of Justice for their thorough investigation and detailed findings. - Brett Merfish, Texas Appleseed
Texas newspapers started whining about this back in the early 2000s, and the whole system had to be overhauled. Even Gov. Greg Abbott got involved, ordering Texas Rangers investigations in 2017 and 2021. Some staffers were arrested for physical and sexual abuse.
But the liberal advocacy groups wanted more. They begged the Justice Department to launch another investigation, which they did in 2021.
The Texas Juvenile Justice Department, for its part, said it has a "zero-tolerance policy toward abuse and neglect," blaming the issues on a staffing crisis.
The feds sent investigators to the five facilities twice. These snowflakes found that staff used "excessive force and prolonged isolation," failed to stop sexual abuse, and didn't provide enough mental health services.
The investigators also complained about discrimination against kids with disabilities and a lack of education resources. These snowflakes act like they've never seen a kid get pepper-sprayed before. Get over it!
The report also brings up some old news, mentioning physical assaults by staffers that resulted in concussions and lacerations. A couple of staffers were even offered a plea deal after getting a little rough with a kid.
The feds need to grow a spine and stop complaining about "unacceptable conditions." These kids are criminals and should be treated like it!
