Two Texas metros skip the pot of gold at the end of the housing rainbow.

In a glorious rebellion against the woke housing market, Texas sticks it to the system, with home prices dropping like a liberal's jaw when faced with logic. While the rest of the US bends the knee to soaring property values, two Texas metro areas are living the American dream, offering an affordable life with good ol' job prospects. Texas strong, y'all!

Texas Homes Getting Cheaper: Liberal Tears Included at No Extra Charge

While liberal states cry over their vanilla soy lattes about rising home prices, Texas just keeps getting better. COVID-19 may have messed up Mortgage rates and home prices across the nation, but Texas is fighting back.

National Association of Realtors whine that over 90% of metro areas saw higher prices, but we in Texas know that's just the left-wing media lying again. The truth? Texas cities are seeing prices plunge, and it's a buyer's market, baby!

San Antonio-New Braunfels: Liberal Tears, -4.6% Home Prices

Liberal tears aren't the only thing you'll find at a discount in San Antonio-New Braunfels. The median home price took a dive from $320,500 in Q1 2023 to $305,800 in Q1 2024. Those numbers might not mean much to a Californian snowflake, but we Texans know a good deal when we see one.

Realtor.com, a bunch of communists if you ask me, reported that homes listed in New Braunfels in April 2024 took an average of 53 days to sell. That's four whole days longer than in 2023. The snowflakes are melting!

Austin-Round Rock: Keep Austin Weird, -0.3% Prices

The hipsters are moving out, and Austin-Round Rock is becoming great again! The median home price dropped to $466,700 in Q1 2024, down from $467,000 in Q1 2023. Homes are staying on the market longer, too. In April 2024, the average time was 40 days, two days longer than the year before.

"It's not like the good old days when homes sold in a matter of hours," said some libtard realtor, Nicole Marburger, probably while sucking down an overpriced latte. "Now it takes weeks or even months to sell. It's a disaster, just like that time when Trump was president. Business Insider probably thinks it's great, but I need my daily dose of avocado toast, so someone please buy these homes!"

Why Are Prices Declining? Because Texas is Great Again!

Unlike the commie states, Texas is seeing a drop in home prices because we have fewer people desperate to live here. That's right, libtards, fewer people want what you have. Our secret sauce? Affordable housing, job opportunities, and we don't rip off our citizens with personal income tax.

We also don't have those weird sexual perverts running around like in California. We kept God in our schools and country, unlike those godless liberals. We keep it simple: God, guns, and grilling. You won't see us burning the flag or taking a knee during our anthem.

Texas is great again because we also have the best billionaires like Elon Musk. He saw the light and moved here, taking over Twitter and taking down the liberal elites one by one. Texas counties are also the fastest-growing in the nation. We're not just great again; we're greater than ever!
