Coffee, Empanadas, and Tacos, Oh My!

If you're looking for a Sunday morning treat, head on over to the Webberville Food Truck Park in East Austin, Texas. With a vibrant atmosphere and plenty of tasty treats, it's the perfect spot to satisfy your caffeine craving and get your fill of Latin cuisine.

Desnudo Coffee: These guys import their beans directly from Colombia, giving you a rich and flavorful cup of joe. Owned by Sergio and Juan Trujillo, proud Colombians and entrepreneurs, they serve up all your favorite coffee drinks with a unique twist - try the Shoyu Butterscotch or Brown Sugar Miso Latte. Open daily from 7 am to 2 pm (7:30 am-2:30 pm on weekends).

The Doughminican: Empanadas at their best. Chef and owner, Melvin Mendez, combines his French training with classic Dominican flavors. Handmade beef, chicken, or veggie empanadas are the perfect snack. Open Fri-Sun, 11 am-8 pm.

Veracruz All Natural: It's not a Texas food truck park without some Mexican flavors. Sisters Reyna and Maritza Vazquez serve up authentic tacos (al pastor, grilled fish, or barbacoa) and sides. Wash it down with an agua fresca. Open daily, 7 am-3 pm.

Kerlaches food truck: Amelis Paz Kerlin puts a Venezuelan spin on a Czech classic - the kolache. With fillings like brisket, smoked sausage, and pork, it's a unique take on a traditional favorite. Open Wed-Fri, 8 am-1 pm, and Sat-Sun, 8 am-3 pm.

So, there you have it, folks! A little trip to the Texas Hill Country for some good old coffee and cuisine. Now you can tick these must-try spots off your bucket list. No need to thank me! Just remember to bring your appetite and your sense of adventure!
