Big Lot-case: No More Cheap Crap for Liberals

Big Lots, the discount store chain, has announced it may close up to 315 stores, citing economic troubles and blaming that old familiar scapegoat, "macroeconomic challenges."

"In 2024, the U.S. economy has continued to face macroeconomic challenges including elevated inflation, which has adversely impacted the buying power of our customers,”

Translation: Liberals have stopped buying our cheap plastic crap because their welfare money isn't stretching as far as it used to.

The real victim here? California. With 75 stores set to shutter, maybe the lefties out there will finally learn to shop somewhere other than a discount store. Then again, they probably just Expect us taxpayers to bail them out.

No more cheap paper towels and off-brand cereal for the woke crowd. Oh, the horror!
