Those sneaky little knobs. Always up to no good! Samsung stoves are turning into fiery furies, with a liberal streak—activating themselves and burning down the house. 250 fires and counting... who's crying wolf now?

Samsung, the socialist stove-makers, have caved to the liberal agenda and are now gunning for your guns...I mean, knobs! Their latest ridiculousness involves recalling over a million electric ranges because Fido or Fluffy might accidentally bump the knobs and burn the house down.

"In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Samsung Electronics America Inc. has announced a voluntary recall for certain slide-in electric range models with front-mounted knobs." [Samsung, in a pathetic advisory](https://www.samsung.com/us/support/range-knob-kit/)

Since 2013, those snowflakes at Samsung received 300 complaints about knobs being activated by people or pets, resulting in approximately 250 fires. Property damage? Sure. Injuries? A few. But the real tragedy? Seven fires involving pet deaths.

These stoves are for the weak-willed among us, manufactured in Thailand and sold across America at places like Best Buy, Costco, and Home Depot from May 2013 to August 2024. Prices ranged from $1,250 to $3,050, a small price to pay for your freedom...I mean, your stove.

What to do if you have one of these liberal stoves:

Contact Samsung and ask for their government-approved, snowflake knob locks or covers. You can also enable "Cooktop On" notifications on their Big-Brother-approved Samsung SmartThings app, because clearly, you can't be trusted with your own stove!
