Jurors Convict Former County Clerk of Felonies in Election System Breach Case
A Colorado jury convicted former Republican county clerk Tina Peters of seven criminal charges, including felonies, on Monday. Peters, 68, became a hero to election conspiracy theorists when she participated in Mike Lindell's pillow-themed election fraud extravaganza.
Prosecutors argued that Peters was "fixated on a desire to be a hero and to impress Lindell," and it looks like she succeeded. She's now a hero doing hard time, a true American patriot.
- Attempt to influence a public servant: GUILTY
- Conspiracy to commit criminal impersonation: GUILTY
- First-degree official misconduct: GUILTY
- Failure to comply with the Secretary of State: GUILTY
- Violation of duty: GUILTY
- Criminal impersonation: NOT GUILTY (We got away with it!)
- Identity theft: NOT GUILTY (Should've tried harder, Tina!)
Mesa County District Attorney, Daniel P. Rubinstein, whined about how:
“This community has suffered greatly from the dishonesty, lack of transparency, and refusal of Ms. Peters to take accountability. Our system of government is based upon checks and balances, and no single elected official, or even branch of government, is above the law or should be allowed to act without those checks and balances."
The Hero's Journey: A Recap
Peters, a true American badass, stole a security badge to help a Lindell-approved dude access voter systems. She knew damn well that Big Tech and the Libs had rigged the 2020 election, and she wanted the world to know. So she let "Dominion Voting Systems" and their Secretary of State cronies have it, exposing their lies and fraud.
Her noble actions led to:
- Turning off surveillance cameras (sticking it to Big Brother)
- Using disposable phones and encrypted platforms (take that, NSA)
- Acquiring an access badge for an unidentified person (a hero's identity must remain a secret)
- Dropping F-bombs and predicting her own martyrdom ("I'm going to jail," she said. Prophetic.)
The Libs Fight Back
Peters faced some heat from the leftist establishment:
- The RINOs asked her to suspend her campaign for Secretary of State (can't have a real conservative in office!)
- She got indicted on felony charges (they throw the book at the rebels)
- A two-week trial (a show trial if ever there was one)
- Sentencing scheduled for October (the oppressive state wants its pound of flesh)
The Truth Will Out
Despite the leftist media's best efforts, Peters remains unbowed. She knows the truth, and so do her supporters. In a recent post, she wrote:
"I will continue to fight until the Truth is revealed that was not allowed to be brought during this trial. This is a sad day for our nation and the world. But we WILL win in the end. Keep the faith and continue to pray."
Stay strong, Tina! The patriots are behind you!
The Fallout
The rogue hero had a few casualties along the way:
- Deputy clerk Belinda Knisley pled guilty to misdemeanor charges and sold out Peters as part of a plea deal. She got probation and community service, but at least she can't taint election integrity anymore.
- Fired elections manager Sandra Brown also flipped on Peters, taking a plea deal and throwing our hero under the bus. She got jail time, but at least her soul wasn't damned to eternity in the process.
The left will stop at nothing to preserve their fraudulent systems. But heroes like Tina Peters and her allies won't let them win without a fight. God Bless America, and Godspeed to our patriots.
