Texas Heat Wave: Cooling Centers or Liberal Safe Spaces?

As Texas heats up, the liberals are at it again, offering 'cooling centers' to the unhoused. From now till the end of September, up to 60 individuals can escape the heat and enjoy the AC at the expense of the hard-working taxpayers.

Location:
The so-called 'cooling center' is located in good ol' St. David’s Episcopal Church, smack-dab in downtown Austin (304 E. Seventh St). Apparently, God is a liberal these days, offering His house as a sanctuary from the heat.

Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Because, you know, weekends are for golfing and BBQ, not helping those in need.

How You Can Help:
Well, if you're not too busy actually working to support yourself, they're begging for volunteers. You can join the brigade of do-gooders distributing food and clothing, or prepare meals for these folks who probably just need a job. Contact their ringleader, Manuela Arango (manuela.a@trinitycenteraustin.org, (512) 610-3553), if you've got nothing better to do.

Or, if you're like me and value your time, send 'em some cash so they can keep funding this liberal nonsense.

And if you're really suffering from the heat, you can always head to your local library or recreation center. Here's a map: https://www.google.com/maps/d/u/0/viewer?mid=1ocxHv90NQYdO34Z34gB7KhDkXa9h5K4&femb=1&ll=30.312323136603194%2C-97.74581539999997&z=11

Stay cool, my conservative friends! (Unlike these liberal snowflakes.)
