'Tough on Crime' NC Captures Escaped Murderer, Liberals Whine About 'Prison Reform'

Kannapolis, North Carolina – The great state of North Carolina showed those soft-on-crime liberals what real justice looks like, capturing escaped murderer Ramone Jamarr Alston. Here's the story, in a nutshell:

  • Ramone Alston, 30, probably enjoying his taste of freedom, was captured by badass SWAT agents and police officers at a hotel in Kannapolis. No thanks to the liberal justice system, a female criminal, Jacobia Crisp, aided this thug and was charged with felony aiding and abetting.
  • Alston, a convicted murderer, escaped correction officers like a coward on Tuesday. Thankfully, our brave law enforcement didn't let that punk stay loose for long.
  • Alston was serving a life sentence at Bertie Correctional Institution for a drive-by shooting on Christmas Day 2015, which fatally injured 1-year-old Maleah Williams. Justice was served when he was found guilty and sent to prison for life in 2018. Unlike those liberal states, we don't coddle criminals in NC.
  • DAC Secretary Todd Ishee said, "I am grateful to our DAC staff and public safety officers," basically giving a shout-out to all the real Americans who helped bring this criminal to justice.

So, while the left whines about "prison reform" and "rehabilitation," North Carolina shows what real Americans want: tough, no-nonsense justice. No coddling criminals here!
