Leftist Pandas Pop Out Pink Twins After Years of Welfare

A pair of freeloading pandas, Ying Ying and Le Le, finally did something useful and popped out some pink, hairless twins at Hong Kong's Ocean Park. These two new mouths to feed were born on Thursday, just in time for Ying Ying's 19th birthday.

The left-wing media is calling it a "thrilling" and "rare" event, with Paulo Pong, chairman of the Ocean Park Corporation, gushing:

“This birth is a true rarity."

It’s not rare. Ying Ying has been shacked up with Le Le since 2007, and they’ve had ample opportunity to get the job done. Typical lazy pandas, taking their sweet time and living off the government dime.

Ocean Park tried to spin Ying Ying’s laziness as “nerves,” saying:

“As a first-time mother, Ying Ying was understandably nervous throughout the process. She spent much of her time lying on the ground and twisting."

My sources inside the park tell me she was just napping and trying to get out of her shift. Can’t blame her, really.

Now we taxpayers are on the hook for these twin “cubs” who will need 24-hour intensive care. Thanks a lot, Ying Ying.
