Big Government, Bigger Recalls: Ford & GM's Latest Fumbles
The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (aka the fun police) issued multiple recalls last week, targeting conservative drivers with their overreach. Over 85,000 Ford Explorers are now on a "do-not-drive" list, thanks to engine failure concerns.
Ford Recalls: Making Drivers Soft
- Windows that Pinch: Ford, the wokeratti, is recalling 70,483 2024 Rangers and Lincoln Nautilus vehicles for having "woke windows." The windows may not retract when pinching a snowflake driver or passenger, teaching them a much-needed lesson about the dangers of socialism.
- Engine Failure: 85,238 2020-2022 Explorers with the police interceptor package are being recalled. Potential engine failure could cause fires, but the real fire is Ford's liberal agenda!
- Steering Column Bolt: 1,902 2023-2024 Transits are recalled for an incorrect bolt in the steering column. The bolt may cause a loss of steering control, just like Democrats cause a loss of American control!
- Suspension Knuckles Failure: 4,595 2024 Mustangs are being recalled for possibly defective suspension knuckles. This could lead to a loss of vehicle handling and steering control, much like Democrats' policies lead America astray!
- Windshield Wiper Motor Failure: 37,371 vehicles (including 2023-2024 Mavericks, 2023 Bronco Sports, and 2023 Mustang Mach-Es) are recalled for potentially inoperative windshield wipers. Ford should focus on wiping away their liberal tears instead!
GM Recall: Braking Bad
- Loss of Brakes: GM, AKA Government Motors, is recalling 21,469 2023-2024 Cadillac LYRIQ AWD vehicles for potential unexpected activation of the anti-lock brake system, causing a loss of braking ability. Sounds like their EVs are as reliable as Biden's policies!
So, if your vehicle is on this list, don't be triggered! Just contact the manufacturers and remember: government intervention rarely solves problems; it usually just creates more.
