Bill Clinton Roasts Trump, Touts Dem Job 'Triumph' at DNC
Day three of the 2024 Democratic National Convention in Chicago saw former President Bill Clinton take the stage, and boy, did he bring the heat!
In his speech, Slick Willie boasted that Democrats created 50 million jobs since the Cold War ended, compared to a measly one million under Republicans. He also took a jab at former President Donald Trump's... unique speech style.
Clinton's DNC appearance marked the party's shift away from triangulation and NAFTA, towards infrastructure spending and child tax credits.
But the real zinger came when Clinton poked fun at his own age, and then threw shade at Trump:
"The only personal vanity that I want to assert is that I'm still younger than Donald Trump," Clinton quipped. True enough, Clinton turned 78 in August, making him a spring chicken compared to Trump, who hit 78 in June.

Bill Clinton's Presidential Age
The White House website reminds us that Clinton served as the 42nd POTUS from 1993-2001. He took office at the ripe age of 46 and left at 54.
Age: The 2024 Election's Hot Topic
Age was all the rage in the 2024 election cycle, with Biden and Trump both setting records as the oldest elected presidents. But since Biden stepped aside and Harris took the reins, the issue has taken a back seat for Democrats. Harris will turn 60 in October, while Biden hits 82 in November.
