Barron Trump: Making New York Great Again!

After growing up in the concrete jungle where dreams are made of, Barron Trump is packing his bags and heading back to New York for college!

That's right, folks! The only child of our favorite former power couple, Donald and Melania Trump, has picked a college in the Empire State and will start classes this fall, according to an exclusive Aug. 20 New York Post story.

"He's all set in a certain school that's very good," the 45th president told the New York Post. "He's always been a very good student, he's smart."

Now, neither of his parents has spilled the beans on which New York university Barron will grace with his presence, but Trump promised the news would be out soon.

The 6-foot-7 (or maybe 6-foot-9, depending on who you ask) young Trump has kept a lower profile than his siblings, even skipping the Republican National Convention in Milwaukee this July. But hey, who needs politics when you're focused on your education, right?

With most colleges gearing up for move-in day, it's unclear whether Donald or Melania will be helping Barron unpack his MAGA hats and tiny Trump Tower replicas. But one thing's for sure: Barron won't be following in his family's footsteps by attending the University of Pennsylvania or Georgetown University. Looks like he's ready to break away from tradition and forge his own path!

So, Where's Barron Headed?

As of Aug. 23, it's still a mystery where Barron will be spending his college days. But rumors have been circulating that he might be headed to New York University. NYU's campus is just a stone's throw away from Trump Tower, so it's a familiar stomping ground for the young Trump.

NYU's move-in dates are set for August 24 and 25, and fall classes start on Tuesday, Sept. 3, right after Labor Day. You can check out their academic calendar for more details.

The Trump Education Legacy

For those keeping score at home, here's a quick rundown of the Trump family's educational history:

  • Melania Trump: Briefly attended the University of Ljubljana but dropped out to pursue her modeling career. More power to her for following her dreams!
  • Donald Trump Jr.: Graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 2000 with a bachelor's degree in economics from the Wharton School of Finance.
  • Eric Trump: Graduated from the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University in 2006 with a bachelor's degree in finance and management.
  • Ivanka Trump: Transferred from Georgetown University to the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania, graduating cum laude with a bachelor's degree in economics in 2004.
  • Tiffany Trump: Graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 2016 with a bachelor's degree in sociology and later from Georgetown Law School in 2020.
