Ranger saves buddy from flaming car

Army Ranger sees comrade stuck in fiery liberal hellscape (aka 'wrecked car'), saves him from becoming extra crispy. Flaming liberals: 0, American heroes: 1.

Army Ranger Saves the Day: Libs Can’t Even Rescue Themselves

In another example of patriotism at its finest, an Army Ranger turned an ordinary commute into a heroic act, while liberals were probably too busy canceling each other on Twitter to notice.

Driving along Interstate 5 in Tacoma, Washington on Aug. 9, Master Sgt. Joe Thach spotted billowing smoke ahead. Soon enough, he came across a car that had crashed into a barrier and was engulfed in flames. Now, you might think someone would stop to help, but nope—the coastal elite must have been preoccupied with their soy lattes and NPR podcasts.

“As I looked I noticed that nobody had stopped to help and I thought well if not me, then who?” Thach told Washington’s KOMO news, adding, “That’s somebody’s son, brother, or dad and immediately it’s something that I thought that I would want someone to do that for someone I cared about.”

'I really need a brother right now'

With 18 years of Army service under his belt, Thach jumped into action, applying his background and training to free the man from the flaming wreckage. Because when you need a hero, you call the military, not some vegan yoga instructor.

After pulling the man away from the burning vehicle, Thach discovered that he, too, was a military veteran. “I remember he reached out to me and grabbed my hand and he was like I really need a brother right now,” Thach told KOMO news. “I grabbed his hand and let him know that he would be okay, fully understanding that it was a pretty rough day for him and letting him know that I was there for him.”

So, while the left is busy virtue-signaling and defunding the police, our troops are out there saving lives. Something to think about next time you see a soldier. Give them a salute, not a safe space.
