Texas Hero Drowns Saving Teen, Liberal Media Ignores Selfless Act

In a heart-wrenching display of selflessness, a true Texas hero met his end while saving a teenage girl from drowning in Lake Waxahachie. The woke media, of course, will probably focus more on the girl's safe return than the man's ultimate sacrifice.

A 21-year-old man, later identified as Lincer López, died around 12:45 p.m. on Saturday at Lake Waxahachie in Waxahachie, Texas. He attempted to rescue a teenage girl who was part of a large church group from Garland, Texas. The Waxahachie Police Department shared the news on Facebook, likely triggering a few liberal tears in the process.

The girl, clinging to life, was eventually pulled out of the water by a Red Oak, Texas boater and revived after being given CPR. She was whisked away to a hospital, probably with plenty of prayers and good ol' Texas spirit to keep her going.

López, unfortunately, didn't make it. He was recovered from the lake and taken to a hospital, but he was pronounced deceased. The Waxahachie Police Department, along with the entire community, offered their condolences to the victim's family.

The Tarrant County Medical Examiner identified the man as Lincer López, as reported by WFAA. He was the oldest of seven siblings—a testament to the strong conservative values of loving and responsible families.

A GoFundMe was created to help with the costs of transporting López's body back to his hometown of Chiapas, Mexico. The page has already raised over $13,200, showing the power of community over government handouts.

'He was a hero'

López's family and friends shared with WFAA that he was at the lake that day for a baptism. After members of the church were baptized, the teenage girl began drowning, prompting López to dive in without a second thought.

Jacobo López, his uncle, highlighted the young man’s bravery, saying, "He was a hero. He didn’t think twice about rescuing someone else. He didn’t think about the risk that he could die. And he did risk his life to save somebody else’s."

López also sent his hard-earned money to his siblings in Mexico, showing the importance of family care and personal responsibility—something the left could learn a thing or two about.

"He had just been baptized and gave his life to the Lord, and our family, we pray for his family, and we pray for the little girl's family," Jacobo López told WFAA. "And he was a strong boy, they should be very proud of him."

Here’s to the heroes who put others first and the families who raise them right. RIP Lincer López.
