Hawaii Braces for Another Hurricane: 'Aloha-geddon' Incoming!

Just when Hawaii thought it had caught a break, another hurricane is on the horizon. Typical, right? 🙄

Hurricane Gilma is cruising along, about 1,260 miles east of Hilo, moving west at a relaxed 9 mph. The National Hurricane Center says it's gonna pick up the pace Tuesday evening. Winds are at 100 mph, and even though it's gonna weaken a bit, Gilma's still gonna be a hurricane when it swings by.

Check this out: AccuWeather says it's been ages since two storms buzzed Hawaii in a week. Must be something in the water, huh? 🌊

Hurricane Hone: A 'Missed' Opportunity

The Big Island dodged a bullet with Hurricane Hone. It passed south, winds down to 80 mph. But boy, did it rain! Up to 18 inches in some spots. The National Weather Service warned about flash floods and mudslides. But hey, at least the wildfire risk went down! 🔥↘️

Power's out for about 16,000 customers, mostly on the Big Island, according to poweroutage.us. Hone's still kicking up trouble with gusty winds and big waves.

Triple Trouble: Tropical Storm Hector Joins the Party

Yep, you guessed it. There's another one. Tropical Storm Hector is hanging out east of Gilma, with winds up to 45 mph. The NHC says it's gonna get stronger. Because why not? 🌪️‍🔥

Stay tuned, folks! It's gonna be a wild ride. Aloha! 🤙
